B)<\/strong> UNA HORA DESPU\u00c9S DE LA FIJADA PARA INICIAR LA SESI\u00d3N, LA ASAMBLEA SE CONSTITUIR\u00c1 CON UN QU\u00d3RUM M\u00cdNIMO DEL 5 % DE LOS SOCIOS ACTIVOS.<\/p>\n

PASADO ESTE PLAZO Y MIENTRAS EL QU\u00d3RUM NO ES ALCANZADO LA ASAMBLEA PODR\u00c1 DESARROLLARSE CON CAR\u00c1CTER DELIBERATIVO Y NO RESOLUTIVO.<\/p>\n
